What type of training do you do?
I love weight training, mixed with running and swimming. I try to add yoga every 2nd week, and I love calisthenics, and boxing. Boxing is a big love of mine. I get to realise and express so much through boxing. Calisthenics talks to me about having control of one’s power and body - makes me feel like I can create my own life. I love sprinting, hill sprints, and also getting on the bicycle. The ultimate is being in nature, therefore trail running and mountain biking are the ultimate.
What is your philosophy on health and fitness?
My philosophy on health and fitness: I am obsessed with unleashing my fullest potential in life, my training is a metaphor for that, and inspires me to do it in all other areas of my life. So unleash your full potential in your physique, strength, power, stamina and endurance. Every time you win in training you train yourself to win in life.
