My current workout schedule is a split between 3 weight training sessions per week with 1-2 HIIT sessions inbetween the days I dont do weight training.
I’ve learned to be more flexible with my workout schedule ! Life happens and sometimes i miss a workout or need to shift some workouts around and thats OK. Be sure to give your body the rest and recovery it needs and most importantly workout for yourself and your health!!
